As indicated in the documents registered at the Camera di Commercio of Pisa (in respect with the law n. 39 03/02/89), the agency fee is 3,5 % (three point five per cent) plus VAT of the sale price. This includes our assistance both to seller and buyer from the proposal to buy to the final contract.
