Absolutely amazing! We now have our perfect

Italian Villa, thanks to Claudia! Even after things fell apart

on the first property due to the seller, she was not discouraged

and kept our spirits up as well. She went above and beyond with

us, making sure that every detail was correct, working with the

other realtor, the sellers, the bank, the notary, the mortgage

broker and the bank translator. We could not have done this

without her! And she even continued to assist us after the sale

was final.

We had attempted to work with 3 other agencies that were all

useless and had decided to attempt it on our own, that’s when

fate stepped in and we found Claudia as the representative of a

property! I recommend that you do not even begin your search

before you speak to her……it will be well worth the time.
